The product

Why are our tomatoes better than the rest?

The answer lies in a number of climatic and territorial factors, such as greater exposure to sunlight, brackish groundwater and fertile soil. All of these aspects come together in what the French call “Terroir”. It gives the products a distinctive, unmistakable flavour, because this combination of conditions can only be found in the southernmost part of Sicily.
